eARN $1 FOR EVERY HOUR YOUR REFERRAL WORKS!

• A CarePro refers another person to be hired as a Care Professional.

• The Applicant clearly types the referring CarePro’s name on his or her application.

• The Applicant is interviewed and hired as a Care Professional completes Care Professional Initial Training, and begins working as a Care Professional.

The referring CarePro is paid $1 for every hour the referral works. UNLIMITED!

• This is paid as a bonus on your paycheck MONTHLY!

Example:

Let’s say you work 20 hours a week. You refer a friend to Home Instead and they join our team. They work 40 hours every week. You meet someone at a friend’s house who seems like they would be a great CarePro and you tell them about the job - they join the team too. They work 20 hours per week. With both people working 60 hours per week, this would give you an extra $240/month!

This increases your hourly rate from $14/hour to $17/hour - just like that!
